Coconut Lemon Energy Bars

A grab-and-go snack that supports energy, focus, and satiety.

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp maple syrup

Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Press into lined pan; refrigerate 30 min.

Cut into bars and store in fridge.
