Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, roasted
- 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
- 1–2 tbsp coconut milk (optional, for creaminess)
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to garnish
Instructions:
- Steam or boil cauliflower until soft.
- In a food processor, blend cauliflower, roasted garlic, olive oil, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
