Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Mash

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or ghee
  • 1–2 tbsp coconut milk (optional, for creaminess)
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to garnish

Instructions:

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower until soft.
  2. In a food processor, blend cauliflower, roasted garlic, olive oil, and coconut milk until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
