    Instructions:

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

    Roll into small balls and refrigerate 30 min.

    Store in airtight container in fridge.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 ripe bananas
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tbsp almond flour (or coconut flour for nut-free)
    • ½ tsp cinnamon

    • Coconut oil, for cooking
    • Optional toppings: sliced fruit, drizzle of raw honey, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut

    AIP Alternate:

    Instructions:
